🐟 Ingredients:

  • slice of salmon
  • 5 asparagus
  • 1/2 bell pepper
  • 5 small tomatoes
  • 1/2 onion
  • Moderate amount of olive oil
  • salt Appropriate amount
  • black pepper Appropriate amount
  • Italian spice powder Appropriate amount

 

📄 Steps:

  1. Chop onions into shreds and bell peppers into small pieces and set aside
  2. Line the crisper with baking paper and place shredded onions and bell peppers on top (can be adjusted according to personal preference)
  3. Add salmon, cherry tomatoes, asparagus, top with lemon slices, and sprinkle with all the seasonings
  4. Close the upper cover and open the air valve
  5. Preheat the oven to 190 degrees for 10 minutes, then place the crisper box in the oven and bake at 190 degrees for 20 minutes.
  6. After taking it out, put on the heat-insulating cover to prevent scalding your hands, and enjoy!
