Return and Exchange Instructions
② The product must be completely unused before you can apply for return. After the return application is completed, customer service staff will send logistics to collect your product. Please keep the product and outer packaging intact until the logistics company collects it.
③ If you have any questions about the product, please send a private message to the LiFE RiCH fan page. After confirmation, the buyer will be contacted for exchange or return for refund. The return shipping fee will be borne by the seller. Please note: 7 days start from the day after the return or exchange application is made. If the return or exchange cannot be completed due to inability to contact or the goods not being sent back, the return or exchange application will be automatically canceled and no application will be allowed again. Do not miss any accessories. Please do not disassemble and inspect the product yourself or damage the original outer box. The original outer box and original packaging are part of the product. If they are lost, damaged or missing, it may affect your rights and interests.
④ The reason for non-returnability is that after the product has been opened and used, it cannot be restored and has lost its integrity and loses its resale value. It cannot be returned. If the goods are damaged, lost or altered due to reasons that are not attributable to the consumer, the company may charge a fee for restoring the goods to their original condition based on the degree of damage or loss.
