Microwave cooking|Smooth steamed eggs

🍴Usage tools:

1 microwave
𝘿𝙤𝙪𝙗𝙡𝙚 𝘽𝙤𝙭 S or M 1
A strainer for beating eggs (optional or not)

 

🍚Ingredients preparation:

2 eggs (room temperature)
Hot water or stock 100 ml
100 ml milk or soy milk (room temperature)
Salt (appropriate amount)
Soy sauce (appropriate amount)

 

📄 Steps:

➊ Crack the eggs into 𝘿𝙤𝙪𝙗𝙡𝙚 𝘽𝙤𝙭 and add all the ingredients
➋ Stir the ingredients evenly and pop the bubbles on the surface to avoid pits. If the egg liquid is sieved, the texture will be denser and more even.
➌ Pull up the air valve and close the #airtight silicone upper cover
➍ Set the microwave oven to 700W and cook for about 4 - 5 minutes
➎ If there is still egg liquid after shaking the box after taking it out, you can put it in the microwave oven to heat for about 3 to 4 minutes (the heating efficiency depends on the heating efficiency of each model of microwave oven)
➏ The tender steamed egg is completed and served hot

📋 Practical tips:

Because of the microwave efficiency of metal rebound, it is not recommended that you use L size steamed eggs. After the steamed eggs are finished, it will be like pudding. You can add pork floss and chopped green onion to taste according to your personal taste.
