🍴Usage tools:

1 small frying pan

🍚Ingredients preparation:

150g white rice
Salmon 250g
Half a handful of Hongxi mushrooms
Half a handful of snow white mushrooms
Appropriate amount of colored peppers
1/4 piece of carrot
Cauliflower (small) small handful
Cream 30g
Appropriate amount of salt
Bonito soy sauce
Black pepper (can be added according to preference)


 

📄 Steps:

➊ Wash and peel the double mushrooms, cut the bell pepper and cauliflower into cubes, shred the carrots, wash and set aside 150g of white rice (rice to water ratio 1:1)
➋ First put butter into the frying pan and fry the surface of the salmon until golden brown and cooked through
➌ Remove the bones from the salmon and add an appropriate amount of the butter and fish oil from the freshly fried fish to the washed rice (to increase the fresh aroma of the rice's butter)
➍ Put the salmon and vegetables into the crisper (if you don’t like the vegetables to turn black after steaming, you can also stir-fry them first and then add them together after the rice is cooked), pour a small amount of bonito soy sauce and sprinkle with a little salt ( Or add some black pepper) ➎ Put in the electric pot, add a cup and a half of water and cook, wait until the electric pot jumps up and simmer for 5 minutes and you are done~!!
