🍴Usage tools:
1 air fryer

🍚Ingredients preparation:
250g cream cheese
30g sugar
Fresh cream 120ml
2 whole eggs
Low gluten flour
8g lemon juice 6ml
📄 Steps:
➊ Stir the cream cheese and fresh cream and soften it into a thick consistency
➋ Add sugar and whole eggs to the L-size crisper, sift in the low-gluten flour and mix until it is completely uniform without any particles, then add lemon juice and mix well
➌ Sieve the cake batter twice and cover the M size crisper box with baking paper. Pour the cake batter into the box. Pick up the box and shake it up and down to knock out the air and make the surface even and bubble-free.
➍ Set the air fryer to 170℃/8 minutes to allow the cake to expand evenly, then set to 200℃/15 minutes to color the cake evenly before taking it out of the oven.
➎ After baking, turn off the power of the air fryer, let it simmer for 15~30 minutes, take it out and let it cool before serving.
📋 Practical tips:
Place it in the refrigerator and the cake will collapse slightly. The outer layer will be crispy and the inner filling will be soft. You can experience different textures and flavors!
