🍚Ingredients preparation:

2 slices chicken thighs
1 green onion
Appropriate amount of ginger
3 cloves garlic
1 nine-story pagoda
half chili pepper
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons sesame oil
2 tablespoons rice wine


 

📄 Steps:

➊ Preparation: cut chicken legs into small pieces, slice ginger and garlic, cut onions into sections, and chop chili peppers
➋ Put ginger slices and sesame oil in the crisper, microwave for 2 minutes and 30 seconds
➌ Add garlic slices and microwave for 1 minute and 30 seconds
➍ Add chicken pieces, 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, 2 tablespoons of sesame oil, 2 tablespoons of rice wine, and appropriate amount of sugar. Stir evenly and microwave for 2 minutes.
➎ Add green onions, nine-layer pagoda, and chili peppers, and microwave for 1 minute
➏ Stir well and enjoy!
