🍴Usage tools :

1 microwave
𝘿𝙤𝙪𝙗𝙡𝙚 𝘽𝙤𝙭 1 piece (M, L are especially good)
1 universal steam rack

🍚Ingredients preparation:

Appropriate amount of vegetables
Drinking water in moderation

📄 Steps:

  • Wash the vegetables and cut them into bite-size pieces
  • Place the multi-purpose steam rack into the 𝘿𝙤𝙪𝙗𝙡𝙚 𝘽𝙤𝙭 and add a small amount of drinking water (about 80ml)
  • Place the vegetables on the steaming rack, open the air valve of the air-tight silicone lid and close the box
  • Microwave oven set to 600W, steam for about 2 - 4 minutes
  • Nutritious vegetables are ready and ready for dinner🍚
 

📋 Practical tips:

The heating time can be adjusted according to the type of vegetables being cooked. Leafy vegetables require shorter microwave times, while root vegetables require longer microwave times.
