🥚 Ingredients:

  • 4 eggs
  • About 50 grams of Hongxi mushroom
  • 2 slices bacon
  • 3-4 small tomatoes
  • 1 potato
  • 3-4 sticks of asparagus
  • Salt & black pepper to taste
  • 1/4 tsp soy sauce

 

📄 Steps:

  1. Ingredients: Peel and shred potatoes, cut mushrooms and bacon into small pieces, cut asparagus into sections, and cut small tomatoes in half
  2. Grease the crisper box with oil around it and spread the shredded potatoes to the bottom.
  3. Pour the egg liquid into the crisper, add appropriate seasoning and mix well, then pour in the remaining ingredients
  4. Shaping: Place in air fryer, temperature 160 degrees, time 5 minutes
  5. Stir the egg liquid on the surface slightly to heat the ingredients more evenly
  6. Put it into the air fryer again and bake the surface until golden brown. The temperature is 180 degrees and the time is 6 minutes.
  7. Put on the heat protector and serve!
