🦐 Ingredients:

  • 6 pieces of siomai skin/wonton skin

  • 80g minced pork
  • 80g shrimp paste
  • 1g shiitake mushrooms
  • 5 grams of Taibai powder
  • Appropriate amount of pepper
  • Appropriate amount of salt
  • Appropriate amount of ground ginger
  • Appropriate amount of soy sauce

 

📄 Steps:

  1. Preparation: Soak the dried mushrooms and chop them into small pieces
  2. Put the minced pork and shrimp paste into a crisper, add salt and continue stirring and beating until the material becomes sticky.
  3. Add the shiitake mushrooms, cornstarch, pepper, minced ginger, and soy sauce to the pork slurry and continue to stir evenly.
  4. Take a piece of siomai wrapper/wonton wrapper, put about 20 grams of filling into the middle of the siomai wrapper, pinch the filling and wonton wrapper slightly with the tiger's mouth, and adjust the bottom with your hands to make the bottom smoother
  5. Pour in 200ml of water, place the steaming rack, place the prepared siomai into the steaming rack, close the lid and open the air valve.
  6. Microwave on medium-high heat for about 10 minutes and enjoy
