🐔 Ingredients:
- 1 meter cup of round glutinous rice
- 250g minced pork
- 1 green onion
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1 small piece of ginger
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- A little white pepper
📄 Steps:
- Preparation: Wash the round glutinous rice and soak it in water for 2 hours and set aside; mince the green onions, garlic and ginger.
- Add ground pork, minced green onions, minced garlic, and minced ginger into a mixing bowl, add seasonings, and stir evenly.
- Shape the meat filling from the above steps into round balls and evenly coat the surface with round glutinous rice.
- Pour 200ml of water, place the steaming rack, place the prepared pearl balls in the steaming rack, and spray a large amount of cooking water on the balls.
- Close the lid, open the air valve, and microwave for 6-7 minutes (please adjust the microwave time and heat depending on each microwave oven)
- When finished, take it out using a silicone potholder and enjoy.
