Ingredients:
  • 6-12 eggs
  • half onion
  • 2-3 garlic cloves minced
  • 2 green onions
Sauce:
  • 100 g cold boiled water
  • 100 g soy sauce
  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • Korean sesame oil 20 g

How to make soft-boiled eggs:
    ➊Put the eggs into the pot under boiling water, then add a bowl of cold water to cool down the boiling water, and add salt at the same time. These two steps will prevent the eggs from breaking.
    ➋Egg boiling time: about 6 to 7 minutes
    ➌Simmering time: After turning off the heat, let the eggs simmer in boiling water for 1 minute to allow the half-cooked egg yolk to set slightly.
    ➍The boiled soft-boiled eggs should be soaked in ice water immediately to prevent them from being overcooked

    How to make anesthetic infusion:
