🍴 Utensils used:
- Double Box crisper box 1 L or XL
- 1 microwave oven
🍚 Food preparation:
Ingredients:
- chicken breast
- bean sprouts
- miso
- chili
📄 Steps:
- Wash the bean sprouts and place them in a crisper with a multi-purpose steamer. Add water to cover the multi-purpose steamer. Microwave for 2 minutes twice and let cool for later use.
- Wash the chicken breast and put it in a crisper with a multi-purpose steamer. Add water to about half of the chicken breast. Microwave for 1.5 minutes twice. Let cool and then tear it apart by hand or use a fork.
- Put the bean sprouts, chicken breast, miso, and red pepper shreds into a crisper and mix well
- It’s a refreshing summer dish, with the salty aroma of miso at first and a little spiciness at the end.
📋 Practical tips:
- Bean sprouts can be replaced with other vegetables. The ones without stems are better mixed with chicken breasts!
- Cooking chicken breasts in the microwave will make them softer and more tender than boiling them in water
