🍚 Food preparation:

Ingredients:
  • chicken breast
  • bean sprouts
  • miso
  • chili

    📄 Steps:

    1. Wash the bean sprouts and place them in a crisper with a multi-purpose steamer. Add water to cover the multi-purpose steamer. Microwave for 2 minutes twice and let cool for later use.
    2. Wash the chicken breast and put it in a crisper with a multi-purpose steamer. Add water to about half of the chicken breast. Microwave for 1.5 minutes twice. Let cool and then tear it apart by hand or use a fork.

    3. Put the bean sprouts, chicken breast, miso, and red pepper shreds into a crisper and mix well
    4. It’s a refreshing summer dish, with the salty aroma of miso at first and a little spiciness at the end.

    📋 Practical tips:

    1. Bean sprouts can be replaced with other vegetables. The ones without stems are better mixed with chicken breasts!
    2. Cooking chicken breasts in the microwave will make them softer and more tender than boiling them in water
