🍚 Food preparation:
Ingredients:
- Kelp sprouts 10 - 12 g
- A little onion
- Half a cucumber
- A little chilli
Sauce:
- 4 spoons of vinegar
- 3 spoons of sugar
- Half spoonful of minced garlic
- 2 tbsp kombu soy sauce
- 600 g cold boiled water
📄 Steps:
- Rinse dried kelp buds with water to remove surface dirt, then boil them in boiling water for about 1 minute.
- After scooping up the kelp sprouts, rinse them with cold boiled water and cut them into small pieces with scissors.
- Slice onions, cucumbers, and peppers
- Add ingredients and sauce and stir evenly
- Refrigerate overnight and enjoy the flavor
📋 Practical tips:
- Dry kelp buds will change a lot when exposed to water, so please be careful
- The sauce can be thicker because ice cubes will be added when serving
