直火料理|韓式海帶冷湯

🍴 Utensils used:

  • 1 refrigerator
  • 1 gas stove
  • Double Box 1 piece (L)

🍚 Food preparation:

Ingredients:
  • Kelp sprouts 10 - 12 g
  • A little onion
  • Half a cucumber
  • A little chilli
Sauce:
  • 4 spoons of vinegar
  • 3 spoons of sugar
  • Half spoonful of minced garlic
  • 2 tbsp kombu soy sauce
  • 600 g cold boiled water
            

📄 Steps: 

  1. Rinse dried kelp buds with water to remove surface dirt, then boil them in boiling water for about 1 minute.
  2. After scooping up the kelp sprouts, rinse them with cold boiled water and cut them into small pieces with scissors.
  3. Slice onions, cucumbers, and peppers
  4. Add ingredients and sauce and stir evenly
  5. Refrigerate overnight and enjoy the flavor
            

📋 Practical tips:

  • Dry kelp buds will change a lot when exposed to water, so please be careful
  • The sauce can be thicker because ice cubes will be added when serving
