Q2. 適合家庭幾人份使用？

適合家庭 4-6 人使用，日常煮湯、蒸地瓜、煎豆腐、燉雞腿等份量都剛剛好。

Q6. 𝑺𝒕𝒂𝒓𝑷𝒐𝒕 的清洗及保養 ?

關於清洗，使用後需等鑄鐵鍋冷卻，因劇烈冷熱差距，容易讓琺瑯因冷熱收縮而出現裂痕，清洗時建議使用柔軟海綿，避免使用鋼刷或硬質菜瓜布；若有沾鍋，可用小蘇打粉或檸檬酸加熱水浸泡。洗完後小火將水份燒乾或使用乾布擦乾。

而關於保養方式，食塔鍋不需額外上油保養，僅需注意於加熱前先加油，冷鍋冷油使用，才不會空燒導致琺瑯傷害而破裂，若想更維持鑄鐵鍋的耐用性，其實經常使用就是最好的保養方式。

Q7. 全產品都可以用洗碗機清洗嗎？

皆可進洗碗機清洗，包含鍋體、琺瑯上蓋及內蓋、蒸架與矽膠隔熱耳套，洗碗機清潔完後請拿出來擦乾並擺放在通風處或是自然晾乾，避免悶在洗碗機中，但若要延長鑄鐵鍋使用壽命，不建議常使用洗碗機，建議還是以手洗為主喔！
 

Q8. 產品使用注意事項

1. 請使用中小火進行烹煮，保持火苗不超過鍋底，勿使用大火進行加熱或爆炒。
2. 加熱使用完後請勿直接使用冷水進行沖洗，劇烈溫差可能導致琺瑯表面損傷破裂。
3. 請避免將未冷卻的鍋具浸泡於冷水中，勿使用鋼刷、含金屬砂之綠色菜瓜布進行刷洗。
4. 鍋體清洗後請擦拭乾燥並放置通風處，避免潮濕環境形成鏽斑。
5. 請勿將鍋具放入微波爐使用，烤箱溫度需認定超過250度。
6. 使用時請避免乾燒，或於鍋內空燒超過 3 分鐘，以免琺瑯材質損傷或影響效果最佳。
7. 𝑺𝒕𝒂𝒓𝑷𝒐𝒕 為手工製作，商品外觀若有些微不同，屬正常製品手工正常現象， 不屬於瑕疵範圍。

Q9. 商品能夠配送哪些地區呢？

這些痕跡並非瑕疵，而是食塔鍋在製作過程中自然產生的『 工藝痕跡』是食塔鍋手工打造的證明！ 
以下情況皆屬於正常現象，請安心使用呦

1. 鍋邊和蒸盤有白點或細線痕跡 ➤ 架痕
2. 蒸盤提把與邊緣：亮霧不均 ➤ 手工上釉痕跡
3. 鍋身表面有些微凹洞、黑點、凹凸不均 ➤ 琺瑯工藝的後加工痕跡
4. 玻璃蓋有細微氣泡或不規則紋路 ➤ 高硼矽玻璃製程中的工藝痕跡
5. 直立鍋蓋架底部有琺瑯剝落的痕跡 ➤ 琺瑯燒製時和爐內平面接觸的痕跡，類似架痕

▌Commodity invoice

▌Package delivery in Taiwan

• Free shipping for orders over $1,200 in Taiwan's main island. If the threshold is not reached, each order for home delivery will be charged a shipping fee of NT$80. Both the main island and outer islands of Taiwan use "Hsinchu Freight/Home Delivery" for delivery.
