🐟 Ingredients:

  • 1 piece of seabass fillet
  • 1/3 portion of soft tofu
  • 1/3 tomato
  • 1/4 onion
  • Moderate amount of mushrooms
  • Appropriate amount of baby cabbage
  • Appropriate amount of salt
  • Appropriate amount of white pepper

 

📄 Steps:

  1. Preparation: Wash the soft tofu, tomatoes, onions, mushrooms and baby cabbage and cut into small pieces.
  2. Put all the ingredients into a crisper and add water to cover the ingredients.
  3. Close the lid, open the air valve, and microwave at 600W for 8 minutes.
  4. Before taking out and eating, sprinkle with appropriate amount of salt and white pepper according to personal taste, and enjoy.
