🍚Ingredients preparation:

1 carrot, diced
Appropriate amount of celery
1 onion diced
1 beef tomato cut into cubes
Appropriate amount of cabbage
Appropriate amount of garlic
Beef ribs cut into appropriate pieces
Tomato juice 200ml

 

📄 Steps:

➊ After heating the pan, directly add the beef ribs and stir-fry until they are caramelized and change color, then take them out and set aside (about 2 minutes each)
➋ Sauté the onions until they are translucent and turn yellow, then add carrots, garlic, celery and tomatoes and stir-fry
➌ After confirming that all the ingredients are stir-fried, put the stir-fried ingredients, beef, and cabbage into the Double Box
➍ Pour the stock and tomatoes into the box and stir evenly
➎Put it into the electric pot and simmer for 40 minutes and it’s done!
