🍚Ingredients preparation:
Brown sugar 100g
Drinking water 250ml
All-purpose flour 125g
Taibai powder 25g
Baking powder 12g
Appropriate amount of white sesame seeds
📄 Steps:
➊ Pour brown sugar, all-purpose flour, starch powder, and baking powder into an L-size crisper and mix well
➋ Pour in drinking water in batches and mix well. Stir until the batter is no longer powdery and set aside.
➌ Cover the lunch box with baking paper, pour the batter into the box, pick up the box and shake it up and down to knock out the air

📋Practical Tips: The flour needs to be sifted before being added for a more delicate texture. After the electric cooker pops up, you can insert chopsticks into the middle. If there is no batter on the chopsticks, you can start the pot; if there is batter left, you still need to return it to the electric cooker. Steam!
