🍚Ingredients preparation:

1 box of chicken tenders
30 g chopped green onions
10 g minced garlic
5 g minced chili pepper
2 tablespoons soy sauce paste
1 tablespoon rice wine
1 teaspoon sesame oil
2 tablespoons peeled chili sauce

 

📄 Steps:

➊ Prepare the spices first, add all the seasonings and mix well
➋ Use a knife to score the surface of the chicken tenders several times, then put it in the crisper
➌ Pour the sauce on the chicken strips and cover the chicken strips completely.
➍ Cover with the silicone lid and microwave at medium heat for 5 minutes. Open the lid, take out and turn over, and microwave at medium heat for 5 minutes.

📋Practical tips:
Before putting the chicken fillet strips into the crisper, you need to score them with a knife a few times to make them more flavorful, and don’t stack them in too many layers!
