🐔 Ingredients:

  • 1 slice chicken breast
  • Cauliflower
  • 1/3 sweet potato
  • 3 corn shoots
  • Black pepper as appropriate
  • Appropriate amount of salt

 

📄 Steps:

  1. Preparation: Slice chicken breasts, sweet potatoes, cauliflower into small florets, and cut corn shoots into sections.
  2. Pour 150ml of water into the crisper, place the steaming rack, and place the chicken breasts and all the vegetables on the steaming rack
  3. Close the lid, open the air valve, and microwave at 700W for two minutes.
