🍚Ingredients preparation:
- 2-3 small cucumbers
- 5-6 heads of garlic
- 1 chili pepper
- Sauce:
- 2 spoons salt
- 1 spoon sugar
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp white vinegar
📄 Steps:
- Wash the cucumber, cut off the head and tail, cut into small sections and smash with a kitchen knife
- Add salt to the cucumbers, stir well, and let it sit for about 20 minutes. You can place a Double Box and a silicone steaming rack to let the water out of the cucumbers, and finally pour out the water.
- While waiting for 20 minutes, mince the garlic and chili peppers.
- After draining the cucumber, add minced garlic, minced chili pepper, sugar, sesame oil, and white vinegar. Mix well, then refrigerate for a day (or at least 1 hour).
