- White fungus 300 g
- Lotus seeds 1 small bowl
- 50 g rock sugar
- water 1000 ml
📄 Steps:
- No need to soak fresh fungus in water, remove stems and rinse, then tear into bite-sized pieces.
- Add 1000 ml of water, white fungus, and lotus seeds to the crisper
- Put on direct heat (medium-low heat) and cook for 15 minutes
- Before turning off the heat, add an appropriate amount of rock sugar according to your personal preference for sweetness and stir evenly.
- Put it into an electric pot, simmer and keep warm (2 cups of water in the outer pot)
